「Great property! View of lake and 9th fairway/green. 」

「We enjoyed our stay on Lake Sinclair. The house has views of the lake from most rooms and the porch. There is a nice fire pit area where the kids roasted marshmallows. The dock is great…we rented a pontoon boat, paddled in the kayaks and swam right off the dock. There is not a ton of boat traffic in this area so it’s easy to enjoy the water. We saw lots of fishermen but didn’t fish ourselves. Fabulous waterfront weekend getaway. 」

「The house is so cozy & inviting. The neighbors were nice, friendly people. The deck is such an awesome place to just sit & watch the lake. The house is equipped with basically everything! The only suggestion would be to have the house deep cleaned several times a year. The host was very helpful & easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!」

「House needs some help. Dishes are dirty and left in the dish washer from previous guests. The dishes available are random and unorganized. The pullout mattress is filthy, flat and covered in stains. I did not check other mattresses due to being scared what I would see. The mattresses did seem to be very old though. Furniture is very outdated and impossible to clean. Shower in the basement leaks. Paint is falling off and chipped. There is a wasp infestation living in the ceiling fan on the back...
