"The room is spacious (twin bedrooms) with the price and location. It’s close to the JR station. Thus, if you take Meitetsu, you should find your way to the JR Station, then exit. The hotel is a few minutes walk from there. The staff at front desk are friendly and helpful. A pleasant stay there."

"高檔的飯店，一切都很讚。飯店所在大樓是與JR名古屋站共構，想搭電車不需離開車站，十分便利。整棟大樓下半部是高島屋百貨公司，上半部才是飯店。附近購物、餐飲選擇超多。飯店的服務人員英文流利，溝通無障礙。房間內空間很大，乾淨舒適無需多言。"

"本人入住20樓的房間，真的被大大的窗外風景吸引，好舒服好靚，如果選擇不用執房，酒店會放一包新毛巾連一包蒸氣敷眼貼，很好的服務！ 酒店大堂也有多款住宿必需品給租客提取。 唯一缺點酒店房間不是獨立冷氣，安排時段中午可以調校冷氣，到晚上必須是暖氣！ 令到如果當晚不是太凍，房間就像焗爐很熱，難以入睡！ 酒店如果可以改善房間上述問題就更好了！ 本人都有推介給朋友這酒店！ 我有機會再去名古屋也會再入住！"

"It’s a convenient place to stay with a huge car park that facilitates visitors with cars. The hotel is grand and well established with great hospitality. I wish the WIFI be better, especially during peak hours (night time)."
