「the manager is very accountable and communicates clearly . the house is just as described and in good condition.」

「Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. All these things could easily be remedied to bring this nice...

「Very nice house with lots of room! The pool was very nice and roomy. Big yard for the kids to run around and play volleyball & toss the football Lots of seating outside & nice fireplaces Game room & pool table were nice to keep the adults entertained We hope to return this summer and spend a weekend to relax and enjoy this spacious relaxing home Definitely recommend, & Stephen was easy to communicate with and quick at responding 10/10」

「Owner notified me the original house wasn’t available. However, we were upgraded to a larger property and the owner clearly communicated these changes. I’d happily stay at one of his other properties in the future. 」

「The property was very comfortable and well maintained and well provisioned. During the process of check in there was a little bit of a hiccup but one of the hosts showed up almost immediately and took care of the problem. In the end we couldn't be happier with our overall stay I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.」

「For the cost and convenience, this is a nice place to stay. We were there for only one night visiting family in Midland, and we had my older in-laws, sister-in-law's family of 4 (including a 4 year old and infant) and my family of 5 (kids aged 12, 7, and 3). There was plenty of space for us all and everything was clean and nicely decorated. There were some negatives though - the kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart, and the refrigerator had no handle. No headboards are actually attached...

「We had an amazing experience staying at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.」

「Stayed for 10 days. Nice area. Apartment was not a very clean place (didn't seem professionally cleaned when I arrived). Dish washer didn’t work for entire stay. The AC was broken when I arrived, but I will give kudos to the pm for getting someone out to fix it that same night. Pretty nice washer and drier. Not very stocked regarding kitchen items and towels, but gets the job done.」

「We had a great time at this vrbo. It had a fusbol table, games and room for the kids to run around. The location was convenient to the airport and the places around town. The host was easy to access on the phone. Check in and check out was easy. Cleanliness could have been better especially the couch. There could have been more washcloths, but there was a washer and drywr that was a must have! I would recommend for kids and quick visits.」
