"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. "Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!! "
