「When I checked in at 5pm they told me my room was unavailable at the time. I asked how I could cancel my room and she said call hotels.com. I called my husband to see what he wanted to do but she thought I was calling hotels.com and instantly she found a room that was ready…. Pretty annoying. Hotel could use some love but the rooms were decent at least.」

「Beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Bed soft and comfortable. Extra large tub in the bathroom. Nice designs throughout the hotel. Enjoyed the pool with the hot tub. It is a short walk outside of the hotel. Had dinner at the restaurant. They were out of a few items on the menu. The food was tasty. Selection of pastries for breakfast. No warm options. Definitely an upper scale hotel for the area. Will be back.」
