「O checking foi perfeito, a Karen da recepção é excelente, quarto quando cheguei estava cheirando a mofo, mas no segundo dia estava bem limpo, cama grande e confortável, banheiro bom, tamanho do quarto bom, não trocaram as toalhas na arrumação, não fui atendido no pedido de andar alto, mas o que mais me incomodou foi o atendente da recepção na terça dia 18/06 às 8:20am, não me deu uma informação correta sobre a possibilidade de o carro pernoitar na rua, fez uma reserva no parking que ele...

「The service at Nobu was outstanding. I had missed my connecting flight and called the hotel to cancel my dinner reservation. Isidro then arranged for a transportation from the Bilbao airport and he even had a very delicious dinner brought to my room just when I arrived (shortly before midnight). This was really exceptional! Thank you so much! And also everyone else was very nice and helpful and the food (also breakfast) was amazing. 」

「We had a lovely time at this hotel, overall standards were excellent and the staff were lovely and v helpful. Breakfast buffet was also fantastic. Only downside was the first room we stayed in had really smelly drains so bad we had to move room. We moved to an even nicer room and the staff were helpful but it would have been better not to have happened at all.」
