When me and my Family Arrived, there was shooting across the street, when we went into the hotel, there were scary men sitting in the Lobby, when we went to check in the cashier stated that the Hotel will be closing down on Sunday then she gave us a room that was occupied and someone had just gotten out the shower,we had to find another Hotel Immediately! This wasn’t what was Advertised!

The reservation at Radisson Hotel Memphis was cancelled by the company with no warning. Left having to scramble to find a place to stay. Terrible customer treatment. Won't be using Radisson again!

Arrived at 1230 am after a long trip and had to leave early because the rooms are humid , have a chemical smell and AC doesn’t work. Staff tried to move us rooms at 4am. We tried a total of three rooms and ended up leaving at 4am because of how hot it was. It appears they are renovating this hotel and should not be open but are trying to press through regardless of inconvenience to guest. I would never consider a Radisson again. To top it off I was traveling with three small children and we initially planned on getting back on the road at 9-10am.

I like a lot of other people lost power in Thursday, February 3,2022 and was in search of a hotel. There was an abundance of people trying to check in, report issues etc. The front desk clerk was accommodating, friendly and professional. She kept a smile on her face while being there only staff at the desk for awhile. She displayed exceptional customer service! The other staff that I met during my stay were just as professional and they all provided great service. Shout out to Sam, I believe he’s the manager and he took care of a issue with my room right away and provided great customer service as well. Overall good experience.

Better luck next time.
We stayed their three times and all times it was no cream and sugar for the coffee. Also only one face towel and used soap left in the shower. Hair was all over the bathroom floor and tub.

The place was dirty I made a reservation for two nights with my two children I was up to bed bug bites and roches in the bathroom. My body had several bites all over and ended up in doctors for a allergic reaction to these bites. Only Stayed one night and left. Place was dirty overall for what I paid.

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean. Quiet. The pool was closed which was sad since we planned specifically for that but we made do. Definitely recommend for your next Memphis stay!

Walking into the hotel, the hotel was beautiful! Friendly staff as well! But when I got onto the elevator it was dirty! Stains on the door and floor. When I got to the hotel floor, there was horrible smell in the hallway. When I entered my room the sofa was dirty with stains, the phone was dirty, and blankets had holes. Went downstairs to complain and they gave me another room. It was cleaner and decent. They don’t do housekeeping and also no continental breakfast. Overall I won’t go back or recommend this hotel!

The rooms were not ready at 3pm check-in. Myself along with three other couples waited in lobby over an hour to check into the rooms. Staff did not provide an explanation or ETA on when the rooms will be ready. Upon check in, I was assigned a handicap accessible w/o a full shower & tub (shower seat and hand-held shower).
