"We missed our connecting flight at O’Hare, this hotel was close to the airport and an airport shuttle was available making it very convenient after a long day of travel with many delays. We didn’t have our checked bags and therefore didn’t have some necessities, it was late so we were unable to get them at a store so the hotel staff went above and beyond to gather things we needed for our short stay. "

"My family stayed here over spring break. Checkin was fast and seamless. The bellman met us at the car and took our bags up to our room. The staff was helpful during our stay. Everyone was friendly. Front desk was helpful. The bar/restaurant closed for a few days, but the front desk gave us bottled water. Hotel is nicely located near Francesca’s and Wildberry Cafe, which we enjoyed during our time. We took taxis and Ubers while we were in town. Checkout was a bit more chaotic. The Bellman did not answer multiple calls, so we had to haul all of our bags to the lobby. Valet text said my car would be ready in 9 minutes. 2 minutes later, the valet snapped at me that my car had been ready (and sitting in a space I couldn’t see). He seemed stressed though. Overall, I would stay here again. We enjoyed our time! "
