"Extremely practical. Met all my needs. The location is outstanding, minutes from one of the main railway stations, Ikebukuro. I could even run every morning from this location, just by crossing the nearby bridge. I thoroughly recommend breakfast, especially the smoothy. There are plenty of eateries nearby. There’s a super local place opposite. "

"Great little property. Very clean. Small, as expected. Was staying as family of 4, so room a bit small, but still enjoyed. Probably wouldn't stay for a long time. Service was great. Good location. "We stayed here for 10 nights. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The room was soundproofed and quiet. A 1 minute walk from the underground, and so many shops and resteraunts within walking distance. Also a 7-11 3 minutes down the road. Only con was they don't have the ac on during most months and I found the room was very hot. They provided us with a small fan which helped. We will definetly stay here again on our next trip. Free coffee in the lobby which was delicious. And free...
