「A great place to stay with lots of space and thoughtful touches. A lovely welcome from Joanna when we arrived. There is a very good restaurant that often has musicians playing nearby, the Courtyard. Great to have secure parking. The place does need a little TLC but all very doable. Also the smell of the jasmine in the garden was beautiful 」

「Truly amazing! Beautiful room, views and pool area. The food in the restaurant was splendid. The only thing that was a bit strange was that breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, and coffee/tea was not included. And they have no lunch. I guess my feedback is that they should have more food options available. Another note to future visitors - the mountain road up to the hotel was a bit difficult if you have a smaller car. But other than that it was perfect.」

「Wow - nothing was too much. The team at Small hotel just always surprised us from treats in our rooms to my car being washed (which I’m still in absolute shock and wow - that’s a memorable moment - thank you Wright). 「This is one of my favourite places near Robertson. Beautiful setting with a little pond you can overlook from the bar. In the evening phantastic atmosphere and vwry peaceful. Also the staff very friendly and I received an excellent breakfast. Had been here before when it still was Rosendal Winery. Now new owners who have some excellent ideas how to develop the place. I really enjoyed the discussion with them. Hope to come back one day and see the further development」
