It was quiet (mostly) with the exception of the trains, which thankfully did not run that frequently. All in all a very nice facility. 「We LOVED our stay here! Fantastic location, amazing quality to the home...honestly I expected much less in Dunsmuir!! This is classy, comfortable, fully stocked and has an amazing game room on lower level. When we were there it was pre snow, but amazing to have off st parking in case snow plow was needed. Amazing hosts SO friendlyand helpful. We will 100% be back in the future.」

「The home itself is cute and clean. The neighborhood was questionable. The house which was only a few feet away could see into the bathroom clearly. No privacy. There were no window coverings in the bathroom, and it was a clear view from house to house. I covered it as best I could with paper towel rolls. The light was out in the bathroom. The kitchen had an ant infestation. The small window air conditioner did not cool the bedroom at the back of the house. The train that went by blew its horn...

「This was the most amazing and spectacular get away my wife and I have ever been on. Chris was amazing, so friendly and easy to be around as well as smart and well spoken. If I could have this guy as my neighbor i would move in tomorrow. The place is peaceful and tranquil and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. We will definitely be back and will remain friends with this one of a kind person.」

「We had a wonderful stay in McCloud! The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment and is very comfortable to cook in. The placement of the bedrooms provides plenty of privacy. Despite being there during an extreme heat wave we were able to keep the temperature of the house very comfortable by following the directions provided. Many scenic spots were easily accessible. We spent most of our time in lakes.」
