Communication was bad, I made a request through the number that appears on their website, was told they would get back to me and never did. The day of check in I was contacted by another individual, made a reminder of the request and it was never attended to.
The place could have been cleaner at check-in, the outside of the cabin was full of leaves, it would have been easy to have them blown before guest arrive.
The reservation was for four people, yet we get to the room and there were only 2 towels in the bathroom, no linens nor pillows for the sofa bed for the two other people... basic request that any hotel should address without the guest having to arrive and have to request it, if you expect 4 people, make sure you have what 4 people will need at a minimum, bedding and towels.
The hotel advertises Wi-Fi but the signal is only available in the reception area which is not convenient at all and is outdoor, no service in the room.
The place could have better heating equipment, it was quite cold, the cabins are not properly insulated and the heater provided does not heat a room, let alone the cabin.
Overall, there are several details that could be addressed to make guests more confortahbe (there is no place to put the soap / shampoo inside the shower, you need to put it in the floor), (there is only one towel hanger in the bathroom, with a party of four, we had to hang towels in different places), (there is no room service during the stay, 3 days without service)...
