「A nice calm, quiet location (except for the neighbour's constantly barking dog) with a great ocean view. Contact with the owners was minimal and only electronic. Unfortunately there were a couple issues that were not shared with us when we arrived...missing keys and a stove that didn't work and at the best was dangerous to use.」

「This was perfect for us. We needed a place close to a wedding we were attending. We struggled a little with the sofa bed but the other bed was comfortable. The view is incredible.」

「We enjoyed our time in this well designed lower level apartment. Everything you need is there and handy (cook top only). We loved the view, pool, hot tub, water fall, horses, goats, chickens at the entire environment. IW was relaxing sitting on the porch seeing the ocean in the distance and feeling the ocean breeze. Steve was responsive, helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this spot.」

「My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was perfect. The views from the lanai are EVEN BETTER than the pictures. Seriously, you can’t find views like that anywhere else on the Big Island. The VRBO was excellent, cozy with everything you could possibly need. Especially appreciated the little touches such as a fully stocked kitchen to cook to your heart’s content, a cooler we could use while exploring the island, coffee and tea, and fresh baked goods upon arrival. 「I loved everything about this property. It was close enough to Hilo to be convenient, but also far enough out of town to feel serene and peaceful. The place was sparkling clean and well-designed with all the amenities you'd expect, while remaining true to its eco-friendly claims. My favorite part was swinging in the hammock watching sunset, and picking fresh lychees off the trees. I'd highly recommend!! 」
