「It was welcoming, easy to access, comfortable and so very quiet. The set up with the units allows a unique balance between friendly interaction between travelers and easy access to privacy. 「A lovely spot - unique, private, and a small piece of paradise that you can keep to yourself. 」

「We were here for only one night but could have easily stayed more. This was our second time here and it has been wonderful both times. Owners are nearby but give you ypur own space which is wonderful!Nice quiet property and a great tropical feel. Love the lanai area and also the kitchen area and meal options.with places to keep pur own food cold and fresh. Would definitely stay again!」

「Lovely places, huge usable rooms. Was not clear common area would be shared with 2 other rooms, 1 who arrived very late and woke us up, another who left for sunrise and woke us up. Noise inside the house carries, foot falls sound very loud at 5am. The hosts have otherwise thought of everything, i mean everything. Beautifully layed out with everything you need, including 8 or so self-serve options for breakfast. A couple of lizards are living in the house, but they eat bugs, so it is totally...

「Steve and Diane are the perfect hosts! Very responsive. Kula was an excellent choice for us. The nights are cool, the days moderate, the area lusher than down by Kihei. Good access to Haleakala and the adventure of driving over to Hana. All in all the perfect spot! 」

「Great location with a very comfortable vibe. We felt relaxed and welcome immediately. Loved being able to meet and chat with Steve & Diane. The bed was especially comfortable and wonderful being able to sleep with the doors open (strong storm prevented us from being able to sleep in the bubble) but didn’t feel like we missed out on an experience as it was still such a quiet, calm, and special place.」

「I cannot say enough great things about this little gem. If you’re looking for a special place to celebrate anything - off the beaten path - but easy access to most of the best of Maui, look no further. Shannon and Josh have made this place truly magical. I cannot wait to return! 」

「Exceeded our expectations! From the easy check-in to the incredible breakfasts, the old-school pool and hanging garden, and an unexpected herd of deer running through the property, this was one of the most relaxing and tranquil escapes we’ve experienced. The town of Makawao gave us tasty afternoon meals (Satori!) and the beautiful mountain area provided plenty of scenic driving. Only advice I’d give is to plan to enjoy the space while you’re staying, as it would be a shame to not settle in....

「酒店还是十分新的，第二次入住，选择双房户型，分别有独立卫生间私密性很好，阳台很大。隔壁兴建的威斯汀基本快结束了，也没有什么噪音。泳池不错，很干净。早餐性价比很高。就是在房间各处发现蚂蚁，很小的那种，不易发现。」

Great facilities with an average room and service

"The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price. "
