"Extremely practical. Met all my needs. The location is outstanding, minutes from one of the main railway stations, Ikebukuro. I could even run every morning from this location, just by crossing the nearby bridge. I thoroughly recommend breakfast, especially the smoothy. There are plenty of eateries nearby. There’s a super local place opposite. "

"Great little property. Very clean. Small, as expected. Was staying as family of 4, so room a bit small, but still enjoyed. Probably wouldn't stay for a long time. Service was great. Good location. Only thing i didn't like was the room was very stuffy. Couldn't change the temperature to make it cooler"

"We stayed here for 10 nights. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The room was soundproofed and quiet. A 1 minute walk from the underground, and so many shops and resteraunts within walking distance. Also a 7-11 3 minutes down the road. Only con was they don't have the ac on during most months and I found the room was very hot. They provided us with a small fan which helped. We will definetly stay here again on our next trip. Free coffee in the lobby which was delicious. And free...
