“Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars.”

“The villa is well maintained and very clean. My stay was perfectly uneventful as I hoped it would be. Comfy accommodations, and conveniently located near to Mashpee Commons. The beach is a two minute walk, the property is lovely. ”

“Great location. Loved the deck overlooking the water, the dock, the kayaks and the pool right next to the house. We mostly stayed around the house and the bay. Local free beach was close by with no one there on cooler windy days. Host, Maria, was very responsive to questions we had.”

The property was clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully designed and furnished, and comfortable, with ample room for all six of us. The owner, Scott, was easy to communicate with. “Small cabin, refrigerator went out before we realized and we lost food. Heater was red tagged, fortunately we did not need it on. Window air conditioner leaked terribly, stuffed a towel around the bottom to stop the gale force wind from coming in. The beach was at the bottom of a bluff we no access except to climb the fence next door!”
