「Loved our stay at the Lighthouse. We arrived rather late after a full day at Longleat, but it was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Check in was friendly and the room was lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast was tasty and my gluten/dairy free husband was well catered for and my son couldn’t wait to try out the play area! Just a lovely stay all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we visit the area.」

「Lovely accommodation including spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. Shared kitchen which is useful. More than ample parking which is free. In great proximity for Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar, Longleat etc, 5 min drive to nearest pub restaurant. Friendly owners. Recommended.」

「This is eclectic hotel, pub. Great service, good food, great host, tony. Walking access to local church and town, near to wells cathedral and town.」

「Amazing accommodation ideal for a couple , very comfortable, lovely quiet location but not far to drive to Sherborne. All kitchen essentials provided . Lovely comfy bed. Bathroom/shower perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.」

「Myself and my wife were the only people staying at the Manor house during our visit. With only the two of us there we joked about it being haunted. Happy to report no ghostly sightings during our stay. Would suite larger groups. The pool table was a nice touch. The house is in a secluded spot so perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.」
