「One night stay for work but what amazing service. Was going to be late checking in and close to kitchen closing so called ahead and ordered food for my arrival. This was no trouble and on arrival staff were expecting me, got me seated quickly and got my drinks and the food came out piping hot. Room was huge, lots of space, and immaculately clean. 「Overall we had a nice stay. The facilities you'd want are all there, it just could do with a bit of updating. The area around the pool etc is a bit tired and our room was comfortable but there was dust on some of the walls(?!) and it could do with redecorating. 「Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. 」
