「Great property and great room. Provided an upgraded room. But the trails are not accessible and available. Staff was poor… front staff tried to overcharge and did not offer an apology when the mistake was pointed out. 」

「It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. 」

「Gorgeous resort in front of beautiful tea plantations with excellent amenities like pool, gym and rec room. The daily morning walk in tea gardens and trip to see wild elephants organized by the resort are highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay a lot!」

「It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas. Staff have excellent service. You can not walk anywhere outside the property. Breakfast was good. We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. 」
