Quiet area & nice garden
Great garden with nice pergola; quiet area, great silence for rest and sleeping; air conditioning adjustable for each room, very useful to cope with the hot weather; 15 minutes walk from the beach. Supermermakets, bars, phamacy, restaurants very close to the house (5 minutes). Vintage style of furniture; house well-equipped with kitchenware, mosquitos repellent.

Lovely place ideal for family of 4
We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was as described and clean. It was well equipped and great to have air conditioning in all rooms. Good location for visiting the island and close to the shops and beach. BBQ was a low level, basic brick charcoal BBQ. We had lovely evenings eating outside under the shade in the garden. I would recommend this property to others.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und alles war sauber und gemütlich. Die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz. Der Weg hinunter zum Boulevard war gar nicht so weit und anstrengend, wie wir befürchtet hatten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war total nett und freundlich! Vielen Dank und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung, sehr bequeme Betten und viel Platz. Kaffeemaschine leider defekt, kleine Spülmaschine vorhanden.

maison très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette petite maison très agréable et bien équipée. Le jardin est vraiment appréciable avec la pergola qui permet d'avoir toujours de l'ombre et le lieu est très calme. La climatisation réglable dans chaque chambre et le salon est vraiment pratique. Supermarchés et plage à proximité, on peut tout faire à pieds. L'hôte répond rapidement aux messages.

Kleines verträumtes Häuschen
Waren das zweite Mal in dem kleinen Haus. Alles war für uns perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Garten ist naturbelassen. Hier und da wäre etwas Pflege aber angebracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist da. Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden.

Sommerurlaub in Peguera!
Casa Don Pedro war für uns einfach das perfekte Feriendomizil auf Mallorca. Die Buchung, (sehr kurzfristig!) Verbindungsaufnahme, sowie der Austausch aller nötigen Informationen zum Haus waren reibungslos und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist sehr urig eingerichtet und man merkt sofort die Liebe zum eigenen kleinen Ferienhaus der Familie das hier auch an andere vermietet wird. Die Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend um ausgiebig zu kochen wenn man möchte, und enthält die wichtigsten Utensilien und einige Grundzutaten. Wir fanden es sehr gut das haltbare Gegenstände wie z.B. Kaffee und Tee dort bleiben und nicht überflüssig entsorgt werden. Dasselbe gilt für das Badezimmer mit allen vorhandenen Grundutensilien und sogar Sonnencreme und Mückenspray etc.. Im Unterschied zu den Fotos gibt es schon eine kleine Couch im Wohnzimmer :D Die drei Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer ermöglichen ein entspanntes ankommen nach dem Strandaufenthalt. Die Lage im Ort Peguera ist sehr schön ruhig und abseits vom Strandtrubel, sodass es sich auch lohnt den verhältnismäßig großen Garten zu genießen. Supermärkte, Banken, Bushaltestellen (auch nach Palma + Flughafen) und die Innenstadt mit Restaurants und "Tourimeile" sind alle nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die Spaziergänge zu den verschiedenen Stränden wurden niemals lang. Alles in allem können wir nur Danke sagen für eine Woche sehr schönen Sommerurlaub! Klare Empfehlung für Mallorca zum Entspannen, gerne wieder!

Gemütliches Haus
Das Haus ist gemütlich, voll eingerichtet, mit allen Haushaltsdingen die man braucht. Dazu ein wunderbarer Garten,. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zum Bulevar und Strand auch zu Fuß möglich, oder Tiegarage am Torastrand. Kein Parkplatz auf Grundstück, aber auf der Straße Parken fast immer möglich. Ruhige Lage

Haus mit Charme
Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen kleinen Haus verbracht. Wir wurden umfassend über Schlüsselerhalt etc. informiert, alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral für Einkäufe und als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im südl. Tramuntana perfekt. Der Ort und der Strand selbst sind nicht nach unserem Geschmack, viel zu touristisch. Besonders gut hat uns der naturbelassene wunderschöne Garten gefallen, mit reifen Zitronen und Mandarinen. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen, es duftet herrlich, weil immer etwas blüht. Es hat Spaß gemacht in der kleinen Küche zu kochen, alles hatte einen besonderen Charme, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es war ruhig. gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel. Uns war der Weg zu den Resteraunt etwas zu weit, so dass wir zum Schmuss auf ein Taxi zugriffen haben. Das ist aber lediglich der Lage geschuldet. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden

Es ist ein älteres mallorcinisches Haus in einer ruhigeren Ecke. Supermercado 300m um die Ecke. Schöner Garten am Haus. Alles da, was man braucht. Im Badschrank stehen diverse Utensilien, auch z. B. Ibuprofen. Auch in der Küche sammeln sich verschiedene Dinge an. Öle, Salz, Gewürze, Kaffee, Nudeln. Einfach nett. Wird halt familiär vermietet. Der Verwalter vor Ort auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren mit 2 Personen im Jan/Feb für 3 Wochen dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Natürlich gibt es immer etwas das man verbessern könnte, aber, man hat ja Urlaub... Im Haus war jedenfalls alles vorhanden was man braucht!

Sehr sauberes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Nicht modern, aber gemütlich. Besonderer Charme durch ausgewähltes Inventar, wie z.B. liebevoll gemalte Ölbilder. Die Küche ist klein aber fein und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großer Garten mit Terrasse
Wir - zwei Freunde - haben uns eine Woche in der Unterkunft aufgehalten. Unsere Ankunft war gegen Mitternacht und der erste Eindruck befremdlich. Aber am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse war das verflogen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und besteht überwiegend aus älteren Möbeln. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, etwas wertvolles versehentlich beschädigen zu können. Es gibt genug Platz für 4 Personen, wenn die mit 2 Schlafzimmern auskommen. Es war auch alles vorhanden, was man vielleicht nicht mitgebracht hat: Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Essig und Öl, Sonnenschirme, … Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kleines Ferienhaus in einem Wohngebiet
Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, die Einrichtung teilweise auch, was man auf den Bildern sehen kann, es ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht, liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngebiet, genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus, l15 min zu Fuß zum Strand, gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Berge, sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, waren im Juli da, meine Freundin und ich hatten eine schöne Zeit
