「Great communication throughout the whole process, property was clean, had all the facilities we needed, Air conditioning has been installed in most rooms. Only small issue was that the ants were coming into the kitchen when you left the tiniest bit of leftover food, but our friends who stayed in other properties had similar issues so I think it's just the way these villas are built. Beds have been very comfortable. The whole group enjoyed the stay and would come back again!」

「Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much」

「This has been our second time staying at S’alzinaret and it now feels like a second home to us. The villa is large, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 12 of us for the week. The pool is a good size and pool towels and a lovely welcome hamper were provided. The air con works well. Ricardo the owner is a pleasure to deal with as was the management company . The kitchen is very well equipped. We love this house and are planning on coming back next year. 」

「Wunderschöne Finca mit traumhaft angelegtem Garten. Für unsere Tochter (3 Jahre) war ein Spielplatz vorhanden, was ganz toll war. Die Besitzer waren sehr sehr nett, haben zur Begrüßung sogar einen tollen Obstkorb mit Melone etc. inklusive Rotwein in die Küche gestellt und haben sich zwischendurch sehr gut um den Garten und den Pool gekümmert. 「We’ve had a really enjoyable week at the villa. We were able to get to every part of the island within an hour, be that beaches, harbours or shopping centres. 「Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

「Der Check-In war total unkompliziert. Wir sind spät angekommen und konnten dann einen kontaktlosen Check-In machen. Der Pool war aufgrund der vorherigen Regenfälle ein bisschen trüb, aber die Besitzerin kam fast täglich und hat sich um die Reinigung gekümmert.
