「This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. 「C'est à 11 que nous sommes venus profiter de ce bel endroit. Si vous avez envie de vous détendre et profiter du calme alors vs serez ravis. Les maisons sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. 「Stunning property, such a huge garden, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much space, the pool and hot tub are fab and it was great to have a few BBQs and make use of the pizza oven. The cottage is beautiful and quaint and stays nice and cool in the heat. Beautiful rural area and close to amenities and not far from Chinon. Would highly recommend!」

「When we booked Authentiek Landhuis there were very few photos but we decided to go ahead anyway. Nothing could have prepared us for the beauty of the place. it is just stunning and has everything you could want to have a brilliant holiday. The owners have only had the place for the last two years and have done a lot to the property including heating for the pool. It has a large fully fitted kitchen with so much equipment. The bedrooms are lovely and a good size. The living room has large sofas...

「Superbe résidence avec une grandeur inouie. La maison est immense, non seulement il y a énormément de chambres mais à cela s'ajoutent encore des bureaux, livings, ... Nous avions avec nous une personne en chaise roulante et il y avait un appartement au rdc qui était parfait. Nous louons chaque année avec un groupe d'environ 15 personnes et - en tant que amateurs culinaires - nous voyons rarement une cuisine aussi bien équipée: spacieuse, bien fournie, dotée d'une énorme cuisinière, ......
