highly recommend
Feelathome replied emails quickly; I have received the confirmed email a fortnight before we set off. We thought they were simply going to give us the keys like the norm but they took their time to teach us how to use the electric applicants; such as the washing machine, dishwasher & stoves etc... which is helpful as the electric applicants vary around the world and without their help, it would have taken us forever to figure it out. They also recommended some attractions for us to go to, restaurants to visit and places to be aware of. Last but not least they gave recommendations regarding transportation to the airport and arranged a taxi to pick us up. We truly felt their sincerity and they were very professional. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay there if they ever go to Madrid.

This is a fabulous apartment! Amazing location very close to the Metro at Plaza de Espana as well as walking to many exciting cultural sightseeing spots and extended parks!! Great grocery down the street to enjoy at your place. We highly recommend!!

The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

Todo ha estado muy bien
Reservamos el apartamento para dos noches y todo fue perfecto. Muy bien situado, al lado de plaza España, en una calle muy tranquila y con diferentes restaurantes. El chek in fue muy sencillo, siguiendo las instrucciones que nos enviaron y el apartamento muy bien arreglado, como nuevo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en casa.

Family vacation loving the apartment
The pictures show the real thing. Our apartment was at the last floor and had a beautiful patio that brings much light and space. We were a family of 4 and our 2 teenagers liked it very much. The location is great. Has the metro right around the corner. Has cute outside sitting cafes along the street. Has a Dia market close by which makes it very convenient. Cristina was always a "WhatsApp" away so you never feel along. I do recommend it.
