“The accommodations are extremely well kept and most staff are very pleasant and welcoming. I had an unfortunate arrival in that the hotel was having difficulty with my payment method. Despite my credit card being charged on my statement, the property was not receiving that payment. I found the unwillingness to be flexible and give me time to deal with the issue to be astounding. “The staff is not in the office every time, so must ask them to make the room. Otherwise, you can't get towel and bottles of water. Even they make the room, there are sands even on the bed. You can choose 5 different foods for breakfast and they were so so to compare with other guesthouse. They requested green tax at $3 per person/per day, but we already pre-paid to Hotels.com. So must check. The owner was nice and informed everything and I only met him on the first day.The room and the bathroom……

“Staff were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect right by the beach. I wish I could stay longer. Swimming with manta rays and sharks was amazing and swam with a turtle on the house reef.”

“The Hotel was perfect. From the food to the very clean rooms, which they are cleaning every day. Also the beach was perfect which is directly in front of the hotel. The Hotel Staff was so nice and like a family with that you can speak the whole time. They are really caring about you and helping you in every way possible. The Island is also very beautiful and its also very safe and clean. I would definitely go again to Ukuhlas and to Rhantari. I also recommended it my friends”

“Una excelente atención personal. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo muy fácil con fazel el dueño. Resolvió todas mis dudas, aunque no habláramos bien inglés. Una pena que no supiéramos inglés para compartir más cosas. Y akram muy amigable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La única pega y no es del establecimiento, es la suciedad en la playa, que afea el paraíso que es ukuhlas”
