"文華東方是品牌保證，員工態度專業，但也有啼笑皆非的情況，例如入住登記時房咭設定弄了好一陣子，我想員工嘗試了有10次，又如房間有些設備令人有些糊塗，例如桌面充電設備我懷疑有保養维修問題，充電速度比較我用自家充電池要緩慢。此外，我花了十幾分鐘才能弄清楚房間的照明如何開关。"
