「Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but neat and tidy. Location is convenient. There're plenty of restaurant choices and big supermarkets within 15 mins walk. Train station is opposite to the hotel, but it is under maintenance so we took a shuttle bus to another town to change train when leaving.」

「The self contained cottage is very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen so we can prepare our own meals. Perfect location to explore the Blue Mountains and Wentworth Falls. Nice outdoor trip for Wedding Anniversary 」

「My wife and I liked the very friendly treatment by the manageress and the location of the accommodation in a natural setting. We did not like the omission by the booking agent "expedia" to advise that a fee of $16.68 will have to be paid to the bank for transferring AU$ into a foreign currency. 」

「這是一間物有所值的高級民宿，環境優美，我們今次入住二樓的兩床套房，有一特大雙人床及另一房間有一張單人床。房間佈置清雅舒適，有提供暖氣和暖氊，天氣冷也不會凍，床褥亦令人睡得舒服。浴室有按摩浴池的設備，天花設有一個天窗，感覺開揚。露台景觀優美，可遠眺藍山，天晴時更可看到落日紅霞，可設置了一張枱和兩張椅子，供客人閒坐及欣賞藍山美景，天涼也可在露台吃早餐。早餐十分豐富，有兩款早餐可供選擇，包括雙蛋、煙肉、肉腸及蕃茄，或牛奶加高纖穀類，另有一小杯已切小塊的水果及飲品，可選咖啡或茶。我很喜歡這個住宿環境和設備，希望不久將來可以再度入住這個令我全然放鬆休息的民宿。」

「Beautiful surrounds, friendly host, overall a lovely place to stay」

「Welcome pack was great & well received - we were amazed at how well set out the room was, and it was so modern & clean - recommend this place as a great place to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer - we went to a music festival at the vineyards in Bowral, and this is a great place to stay if you are doing something like that - 5 stars.」

「Not the same pictures displayed on ad No washing machine or dryer, as advertised. This is the back room of somebodies property!!! Not suitable for youth!! 」

「When we arrived we met the host Sia. She was so nice and easy to get along with. She upgraded our stay to a 2 bedroom apartment due to plumbing issues in our booked studio room. The apartment was undergoing renovations but this wasn't a problem at all. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was clean and spacious and the price was fantastic. . We were within walking distance to all shops (5 min) as well as public transport. Sia was fantastic and I would highly recommend this property.」

「If you're looking to get away from the business of the world, this is great option. The room itself is cosy with enough amenities that you don't really need to leave if you dont want to. It is private, though not completely soundproof as we could hear the tenants in the main building from time to time. Blackheath is also far enough from the world but also close to major attractions like the Three Sisters in Katoomba, which is about 15 minutes drive away. 「Location is perfect and convenient. Everything in the hotel is so far so good, reception staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is strange that the hotel price does not include toothpaste and slippers, or the guest is required to pay extra to get these amenities. Luckily, I have brought my own stuff. It is suggested that to give ahead to the guest before their arrival enable them to know how to make preparation. 」

「酒店是整潔的, 客房的裝潢都是不同的, 雖然整體都是不錯的, 但我不會考慮再次入住, 原因是複式單位, 客房在下層, 我們的行李又大又重, 不適合搬到下層打開, 結果經常上上落落。如果有較小的小朋友家庭要慬選。」

"In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow "
