「The location of this chalet is lovely and the camp is nice and quiet. The view from the balcony is nothing short of stunning. The Chalet is well equipped with pretty much everything you need and a nice starter pack with tea and coffee making supplies - the owner has gone above and beyond to ensure nothing is needed. The decor is a bit of a miss mash of styes - eclectic - but if you're not worried about the style then no problem. Unfortunately the chalet is damp. Very damp. To the point that...

「Communication was excellent with Riki and we were made to feel welcome from the start. Upon arrival, Riki greeted us and showed us around the barn where to find everything. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. We had a lovely welcome pack including biscuits, local honey, organic apple juice and milk. All were good quality products. 「Lovely property. Back roads are a but tricky if you come across oncoming traffic, but that's the countryside for you. Not too secluded with other barns on site.」

「Arrived at the property - no one there and eventually the owner arrived to inform us that he was unaware of the booking. Not sure who was at fault here - either Vrbo or the owner but as you can imagine not happy at all.」

「The location of the property is spot on. Close walk to the beach and a short drive to surrounding areas woolacomb and Ilfracombe. The pub nearby the thatch serves fantastic food also. The well equipped kitchen was a little disappointing with hobs on the oven not working, no potatoes masher and a very old can opener. I do feel the stock list needs updating. A but of general updating is needed also. All the downstairs bedroom door handles are falling off which doesn't make for an easy quiet exit...

「Communication with house had been great, the welcome gift went down very well. With 7 adults and 3 kids all under 5 the house was amazing for us. The secure area and sll the childrens toys kept them entertained before and after heading out. Beach was 10 min walk away and local shop's both in Croyde and slso on the local holiday park are good for that forgotten items but Tesco delivery to the address was wonderful. The whole house was amazing, so clean and had all the facilities that we...

「The cottage was warm, welcoming and homely. The kitchen was well equipped with good cooking facilities. The water was hot, the shower powerful and the beds comfy. The living area was also very comfortable. The secure garden was perfect for our dog and the side garden gave beautiful views over the coast and Lundy Island. I recommend The Long Barn and hope to return in the not too distant future.」

「We had a great Christmas week staying at the cottage. The cottage was cosy with the log burner and provided for a very comfortable stay. The split of bedrooms worked well for us, we stayed on the top floor with my wife's family on the bottom. There's a large well stocked Kitchen with a big table for us all to sit round.
