「I have nothing but great things to say about this property. It was a mini-resort with all the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The majority of the bedrooms had an outside entrance. The grounds were very well maintained and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/bar. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. 「This house is an easy drive to all the beaches and restaurants but also away from town so that you have privacy. There is plenty of room and lots of beds. The washer/dryer are under the house and bring your own soap! I pack laundry strips. The views are great from this house. A jeep/car is needed to get up the steep driveway.」

「I originally planned to stay in Esperanza or Isabel Segundo since that’s where most properties were located. I feel so lucky that I decided to stay here instead! 「The views day and night were out of this world. We took our family of 16 people. The house fit everyone extremely comfortably. The kitchen has absolutely everything you may need. There is an ice maker for ice. All beds were comfortable and plenty of supplies for everyone. The third floor views were spectacular. The pool was well kept and huge. 「This condo offers great views, a pool, and all you'll need for a stay. The bed was comfy, parking was easy and the amenities were just what I needed. Heidy was very communicative. 「Such a sweet little house. I was unfortunately there in a hurricane and had no power for 7 days. Lovely neighbors with gas kindly made me coffee every morning. 」

「Great house and convenient location. 」

「A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
