「 I’ve been staying there for two nights for Easter break. All the staffs from different shifts that I met have been very helpful and friendly. Two of them proactively help with checking yes potation for hiking trails. Room is clean and Hotel interior design is classic. And they even have a bathtub that is perfect after a long day hiking! 」

「It was a dream to spend our night in Lucerne here. Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioning works well. Bathroom makes you feeling good with large room and great facilities. Would love to return next time.」

「Disgusting hotel!!! There were 5 sizable spiders hanging in the ceiling on top of the beds which I won’t expect in a city hotel! More to come throughout the night which we can’t sleep at all! The trash in the hotel hasn’t been cleared and with the rubbish from the precious guests! The lamps is broken. No lift to my room as it is in the roof top. The staff is very rude! I suppose to stay 3 nights with fully paid and non-refundable but we still decided to move to another one as it is not...

「The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.」
