「The hotel is very nice, not downtown but free shuttle available. The staff is very attentive to the guests. Very nice pool and spa services」

「Palais Juliana is a bit faraway from the city center. More a business than a vacation place. The hotel could use some renovation. Limited dining services. Transfer included from and to the airport is convenient, as well as the possibility of a free shuttle around Luang Prabang. 」

「1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com. 2. Room looks ok at first glance, but ALOT of dust and filth everywhere, only cleaned the most obvious places. 3. Got hungry around 21:30 and figured we would take our bike from the resort to the night market in Luang Prabang, to our surprise the gate to the hotel area was closed and it was not possible to get out. Nobody from the hotell staff was in the resort and we couldn't reach...
