We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. "Paul and the team and the best in the area. If you are thinking of staying in Fortuna, take a few extra minutes and drive a little further north to paradise in the mountains. The rooms, the amenities and the scenery are a 10! We ate at the private restaurant every night and we were happy we did. Rosita’s restaurant is amazing and we would recommend eating there at every opportunity. Thank you Paul, Rosie and Bill for the great stay. Blessings. "

Hidden gem

"We decided to stay at this hotel because we wanted to experience the everglade type atmosphere. It was a bit of a jot to get here with some tough roads and very rural area, but it is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it and are so glad we decided to go outside our comfort zone and stay here I’m sure not many people do, but it is well worth the trip to say that we came to this location and specifically this hotel. And we finally got to see a family of monkeys on our river boat tour. We were beginning to think they were not really in Costa Rica. thank you"
