「The nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. Top notch service, food and drinks were amazing. Celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here. The hotel emailed me days before check in asking if we were celebrating anything, I let them know and they surprised with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The king room was huge and the shower was amazing. Will definitely be back. 」

「Recently stayed for 3 nights following our wedding at another resort. We loved how private and relaxing this adults only location was. The food & drinks were top notch. The Asian restaurant was a favorite and room service did not disappoint. If you have a sweet tooth - don't skip on the carrot cake or flan. 「The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.」

「This property is simply magical and the staff is amazing….so kind, attentive, and happy. Many families have been working at the resort for generations and it shows.
