Welcome to our home! This is not just a rental—it's our primary residence, a place we love and cherish. We've put a lot of thought and care into every detail, from the elegant furnishings to the cozy touches that make it special. We are thrilled to share it with you and ask that you treat it with the same respect and care you would your own.

We work with a professional co-host, Joesph, who has a decade of experience managing 5-star short term rentals, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands when you stay at our little slice of tropical paradise in Pasadena. Our property has only received 5-star reviews on the other platform where we list it.

OUTDOOR SPACE: While the house itself is very comfortable and well-appointed, the spectacular backyard is what makes our home so very unique and special. Enjoy the luxury of coming home to relax in your own private oasis after exploring Old Town Pasadena or checking out independent shops and cafes in hip Highland Park or Eagle Rock (each neighborhood a short, 5-10 min drive) The outdoors provides many lounging and dining options, with seating in various places around the pool, waterfall, and outdoor bar with built-in professional Lynx grill.

DECK & FIRE TABLE: The deck is a great spot to be year-round with its three toasty gas heaters, including a large fire table surrounded by a cozy sectional. You may be inspired to take many of your meals at the outdoor dining table, surrounded by gorgeous views of the surrounding hills, listening to the splashing sounds of the waterfall.

POOL & POOL HEATER: Easily enjoyed in summer months, from roughly June-October. It's also a delightful treat on warmer days in the wintertime, though heating the pool will incur a $100/day charge. Use of the free-form hot tub is included in your nightly rental price (see "other details" section for more info).

LIVING ROOM: The main floor of the house features a living room with a dreamy soft sectional and large windows overlooking the tropical gardens with peekaboo views of the mountains in the distance.

KITCHEN: REMODELED in 2023 with custom cabinetry and new appliances. We are avid cooks, so probably have whatever pot/pan/cooking utensils you may need, and a huge selection of herbs, spices and seasonings for your use (including numerous fresh herbs growing right outside!) At the end of the kitchen is a comfortable dining nook with plenty of space for 5-6 people.

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM: The enclosed entertainment room is equipped with a 65” 4K OLED TV with a surround sound audio system- the perfect space for stretching out and relaxing the night away.

BEDROOM #1: The primary bedroom has a brand new KING-sized bed that overlooks the pool and mountains and features darkening shades.

BEDROOM# 2/OFFICE: The 2nd bedroom can be used as an office, with a motorized standing desk and Herman Miller Aeron chair. Our house boasts fast internet (1 Gbps down/40 Mbps up) . The room also features a TWIN/single-size daybed for relaxing during the day, or for an additional guest.

The main floor has two bathrooms with showers- neither is en suite. One of the bathrooms was completely remodeled in 2023. The other bathroom has shower and BATHTUB. Clean and well stocked.

BEDROOM #3/GYM: Downstairs is another room with an en suite bathroom that can be set up as a bedroom or gym. This space is accessed with its own private entrance from the outside (it is not connected to the upstairs) and the bed can set up as a KING or TWIN- it converts to either size.

GYM: If you’d like to work out during your stay, you may choose to use this downstairs suite as your home gym, taking advantage of the LuluLemon Mirror with subscription to thousands of exercise classes, TRX, plentiful kettlebells, dumbbells and Bowflex. Please let us know if you intend to use this space primarily as a gym as there may be other options to set up for your stay.

NO PARTIES. Small gatherings of more than 6 people require approval from hosts.

PROPERTY CARE: You agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items that are missing, damaged, or broken.
