Management here does not really care for their customers. After being out a whole day and coming back to my room at 4pm to change and shower for evening activities, my room was not cleaned. I had to use dirty towels to dry myself off. When you think of a 5-star experience in WeHo, this definitely does not come to mind!
When I went to bring this issue up, I was lied to by front desk staff that they did not clean room since they wanted to maintain guest privacy and not enter my room unless I requested it to be cleaned. However, I was never told of this in check-in and this policy was not true when I asked the General Manager and others.

If it was a real policy, they should have been upfront when I came to the hotel. I did not have a do not disturb sign either outside of my door.
In my follow up to this, I was ignored effectively and have yet to receive a call back / email back after I was supposed to talk to the GM more before I checked out (we had a brief convo as I was about to enter my uber to go out one day).
I have tried to call and follow up after they said they would and have yet to speak with the GM or others to properly close out this out.
