We paid quite a bit of money to stay at Cambria Burbank, and while we knew that breakfast wasn’t included and parking was extra, the overall service really didn’t match the price point.
Housekeeping is only done on the third day of your stay unless you specifically request it, which we did on our second day because the room clearly needed fresh towels and cleaning—but no one ever came. We had to go downstairs ourselves just to get clean towels, which was frustrating after a long day. We also asked to have housekeeping daily for the rest of our stay to avoid this hassle, but that never happened either.
To top it off, they never refilled the Keurig pods in the room. When I asked at the front desk, I was told they were out because a shipment didn’t arrive. For the amount you pay to stay here, the lack of basic housekeeping and amenities is honestly disappointing.
Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
