「The location is good, the property is clean however, we have tried to contact the housekeeping/maintenance/emergency support of the company but we could not get anyone from the host company to answer to our calls during our stay. The only time we could speak to anyone from the company was the check-out time when they were there to ask us to leave. 「The location was excellent with stunning views. The property was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, bedding clean and good storage space. We enjoyed the smart TV and WiFi was good. Only a couple of gripes: the sofa was covered with dog hairs and not very clean. The floor brush handle was broken. Next door neighbours dog was able to walk across into ours from the neighbours apartment. There was no barrier between the two properties to prevent this.」
