Remodel made everything 10x worse. Not sure why it was even open… Part of a get away is having a nice place to stay. Walking in to plastic covered carpet floors, main entrance being shut down, lobby an absolute mess, and a complexed check in experience. It was awful. Staying here truly ruined our whole trip…. Would come again once remodel is complete, but this particular stay was below a 1 star.

The staff were very professional, but the property is under renovation and should NOT be open to the public. No amenities and the direct TV was down the entire time we were there! Expedia needs to warn customers of property status! I won’t ever stay at a property again that is undergoing major renovation. It will prob be wonderful when they finish—but it should not be open till they finish. Many amenities were closed and unavailable!

Hotel lost power due to storms. When trying to exit down one stair way it was blocked by a ladder and other debris, when trying to exit the other stair way it had construction equipment obstruction. Huge safety hazard. The check in process with Cameron was amazing but other than I would not recommend staying here.

Great rooms!
During our stay they were in the process of remodeling. We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was amazing. The layout was great and roomy. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely will come back next time I’m in the area. Worth the extra drive.

The fridge in the room wasn’t working, the pool was closed, the floor in my room was nasty and sticky and they are doing remodeling I guess so all I heard was people stomping above me. They had roaches crawling, I killed 2 just while standing in the bathroom. I don’t feel I should have had to pay 95$ to stay there. I honestly would like even just a partial refund.

It is definitely under renovation, some clutter and dusty elevator/stairwell, so if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing, please consider the situation. Shay at the desk was amazing and my brand new room on the second floor was awesome! Breakfast seem to be missing a few things like fruit, but the lady taking care of it was extraordinarily friendly and nice. Once everything is complete I imagine it will be on extremely good value for the rates!
