「This home was very spacious and comfortable. It is only minutes from North Myrtle Beach and area shopping and dining. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The only downside is the morning traffic during the week but would still give the place an excellent rating.」

「Nice place to stay. Quiet, easy parking, the unit was in good shape (clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and linens). The renting and access was quite automated and easy to understand/use.」

「I just slept mainly at this location. The sleep was very good and I was not awoken by noises or any unwanted lights. The washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend if traveling to this area.. 」

「Since the property was brand new, the accomodations were very clean and nice. Communcations regarding the property before arrival was very good, and the condo was very clean when we arrived. The place had everything we needed for the stay. I suggested to the rental agency two things: 1) Check with the HOA regarding pest control services / contract. I found 2 cockroaches, 2 spiders and 3 ants during our 5 day stay. Since it is a new building, it might not have a contract set up yet - but...

「This is a nice property located near a wedding we were attending. Unfortunately, the keypad didn't work and attempting to debug it made us late for a pre-wedding event. We arranged to be let in by the guest contact who said she'd send someone up to change the battery and to call when we returned from the event 9:30-10:00PM. Still didn't work and no answer from the guest contact. We called the listing company (Evolve) who put us in contact with the owner. Ultimately, the owner gave us the code to...
