「I stayed two nights and would stay again. It is a nice BnB; Pat is super friendly and helpful. Broadway is a fairly busy street, so it’s best to close windows at night for noise. But once I did that it was totally quiet enough. I stayed in mid October and was quite fine not having air conditioning. I’m not a big fan of Long Beach in general, but discovered 4th St on my last day which changed everything - very cool strip of independent shops and eateries. Lunch at El Barrio Cantina was...
