First off the checkin process is not clear in Expedia website,
Expedia staff:Please add clear instructions in Expedia website for this London apartments which are individual owned apartments located all over London.
Second, the London apartments management should send Emil details well in advance and Expedia need to mention that there are special instructions to follow to go to the office located in downtown London and collect the Keyes for a random apartment anywhere in London.
Expedia should be clear about this instructions and also should NOT give the WRONG address of London apartment (huge building still under construction). I had tough time going to this under construction apartments and then call the Expedia mentioned phone number and use Uber to visit their office (after spending 1.5 hours of travel from airport). I had to spend 3 hours locating and trying to locate their office (there are two offices based on north or south side apartments) and sign up (the staff there is also clueless and not clear on the providing clear instructions to follow for people arriving into London from other countries) and collect the keys for the apartment located in White chapel area (good location)
The apartment I was assigned is well furnished and good and has all kitchen items, dishwasher, washer/dryer. But the negatives is they give towels, toiler paper for one day only, rest is on us to buy and use for the next few days if you plan to stay for few days.
