Our newly refurbished (June 2020), stunning studio in Crofton Park is located on a quiet residential street, yet only 15 minutes by train into Central London.
Perfect for professionals, young families, couples or solo travellers.
The path to the property goes into a a private, self contained sun-trap garden.
The space
The studio consists of a king-sized bed and a single sofa bed for the 3rd guest. If you are coming with your child, instead of the sofa bed you can also use the single bed that you will find underneath the king-sized bed.
On arrival the property will be cleaned and there will be set of fresh linen and towels.
There is one full bathroom and a very spacious and sunny garden too!
We have a TV with Netflix and ROKU!
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Hobs, Fridge and Cutlery.
* The property will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
* Linen and towels are removed after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
* We also provide single-use and individually wrapped toiletries.
* Self check-in via lockbox to ensure there is no direct contact with anyone.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check-in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
IMPORTANT
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Superhog directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
