I was bitten by a bee when I am bathing. It was a horrible experience and the entrance is hard to find and no air condition. But the location is good anyway.

It’s all about the location to the free museums. What they don’t tell you is the room is like a college dormitory because it is a part of the Imperial College in London. So it’s an affordable stay for London, but it’s not an hotel. Plus the shower set off the fire alarm even with the bathroom door closed shut. I felt bad for my neighbors, but you gotta wash your hair. This is an average hotel a bit above Motel 6 since it’s safe with a fantastic location.

Lo mejor es el personal Las habitaciones son estudio para estudiantes, el colchón es de muelles, no hay TV ni frigorífico en ellas. Cómo está lleno de estudiantes , la alarma de incendios sonó a las 2:30h y había que desalojar el edificio, estuvimos 10 m es la calle para ser una falsa alarma, al día siguiente ocurrió lo mismo a las 23h. Nos dijeron otros huéspedes que ocurre en muchas ocasiones. Para pensarlo en volver.

Location is excellent, close to major attractions and landmarks like the V&A, science museum, natural history museum, royal albert hall. Wi-fi a bit spotty, disconnects on its own and you have to keep logging back in. Fire alarm went off at 2:30am (yup!) and before midnight on a different day. It is a big issue because sleep keeps getting interrupted. Everyone has to evacuate. No management around to address issue and per older reviews this seems to have been an ongoing issue for quite a while.

This hotel was very convenient to mass transit. It is a super nice area near Hyde Park and all the museums.

Entered room to find luggage still there. That was quickly attended to, and the missing key card disabled....however, we never did receive a second key, which was inconvenient. Rooms were clean, bed ok. I could manage without tv, although I do enjoy winding down with it, or catching morning news. The biggest frustration was fire alarms. Apparently if someone has a streamy shower it will set off the alarm. Two nights out of 3. Breakfast was good. Safe area and walkable to tourist areas.

Good location and area. Pretty basic hotel, very limited facilities. The room service was terrible. We had to go to the reception to get towels and even toilet paper. The staff at the reception are helpful and friendly.

This building belongs to Imperial college, breakfast is in campus, lots of choices. We experienced tube strikes...and building alarms are very sensitive, we had 3 times evaluation during a week stay. Will stay here again and refer to friends.
