For what I paid I didn’t feel that it was worth this property. There is no elevator so you have to be prepared to schlep your luggages up 89 steps!! And we were four women so that was incredibly exhausting. They only provided one set of towels for each person so we used the same wet towel for four days. There is a laundry machine, but it is incredibly slow and we were able to do two loads in four days, considering we weren’t always home. I put my Louis Vuitton bag on the top of the closet shelf and the handle was all dust when I took it back down. The coffee machine was broken and some days it worked and some days it didn’t. Lastly, it’s important to know that if you have a later flight, there’s actually nowhere to put your luggage so you lose a day of activities. There is an option to put them in a storage place not too far away, but it is expensive and not worth it. I tried contacting them to see if we can just stay an extra two hours so that we have a place for our luggage before we go to the airport and it took her two days to respond of which she said she never got my messages which I used the same form of communication the entire time. If it’s a problem, you should always have a back up communication option. What if I was having an emergency? Even when I called the emergency line, they said that they reached out to her and I had to call back to say I have not yet heard from her. That’s how I finally connected with her.Overall, we were all disappointed with this place.
