The owner was easy to work with as we were able to request and check in a few hours early. Location was great with easy access to the bus system. The stairs are very narrow to get to each floor. We made use of the terrace and Greatly enjoyed the coffee maker!

This was perfect for two couples staying here for a long weekend. Gina was very responsive communicating. The apartment was extremely clean and located close to great dining and pub options. We would definitely stay here again!

The air b'n'b was clean, beds were comfortable (a bit on the harder side), showers were amazing, the overhead shower was super. The air b'n'b was shoes free, which we loved as we always remove our shoes before going inside. The kitchen was great, all stuff you may need for a short stay, gorcery store/market is basically around the corner, with all kind of restaurants a short walking distance. Air b'n'b is located in great area, three bus stops near by (two across the street, and the thrid less than 3 minute walk), a train/underground station is approx 15 min walking distance, or 3 bus stops away. The communication with owner was great, nice, polite, and to the point. The lockbox is somewhat tricky, but not terrible. We have not used hot tub or grill as weather was not cooperating with us. The stairs are narrow with short steps, bedrooms have A/C, the kitchen/living area had a tower fan, very greatful, it can get hot in kitchen/dinning area. Highly recommend if you are up for comfortable and clean stay, with use of city communication to see the city (walking is an option, but some touristy spots like Buckingham Palace, or HMS Belfast may take a bit of time to get there on foot). 5 stars!!!

Very comfortable and spacious house, beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Two great terraces with a jacuzzi for relaxing after long walks around London. Perfect location. We had a great time! Thank you so much, Gina!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. Great location and very clean and modern. The stairs were a struggle at different points of the stay....but more than manageable if careful. The hot tub was a big plus!! The landlord was very accessible and always responded very quickly to all of our questions. They let us check in early and check out late. Very comfortable and enjoyable rental!!!

London Holiday

This property was exactly what we needed for our trip to London. It was the perfect size and allowed for plenty of space for our kids to spread out after a long day wandering through the history of London. Perfectly located outside of the major tourist areas with lots of food options close and easy access to multiple Underground stations and bus stops. Having laundry in the flat was a big help as well so we were able to keep the amount of what we packed down.

Family visit

Great location. Wonderful neighbourhood, best children's park at end of Lamb's conduit, great pubs and restaurants. Excellent accommodation. Stairs tricky if you have a mobile 15month old, need vigilant adults. Overall as advertised and great visit.

Beyond our expectations!!

This place was terrific!! Gina did an outstanding job in communicating with us and was so prompt in answering any questions we had. We were two couples traveling together and found this apartment to be in an excellent location for us to see get around easily and see all the sites. The welcome goodies and the book Gina provides was extremely helpful. The place was clean and well appointed. It checked all the boxes and was just want we wanted to end our stay in London. Many thanks!

Clean and well appointed flat

The flat was as described. Bedrooms are large, bathrooms very nice. Living space was comfortable and kitchen very well stocked and functional. Enjoyed the outdoor space off the kitchen. Great for coffee in the morning from the nice coffee machine. Several steps entering into the flat and then between bedrooms and living/kitchen space. Nice and close to the Market and several pubs. Owner was very responsive throughout the stay with any question.

Beautiful unit

Overall great, and the book of informations and manuals was tremendously well laid out and helpful. Amenities (spices, basic food stuffs, plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash) were abundant and good quality. The stairs in the unit are steep and narrow. Getting larger luggage up and down was a true challenge and even dangerous. . In addition, two of our party tripped going from one bedroom to the other. Decks are lovely!

Wonderful flat, great location!

We truly enjoyed our first visit to London. The flat was exactly as described. The location was near an adorable neighborhood filled with various restaurants, pubs, and shops. A short walk to Farringdon Station, and several bus stops nearby. We were experts on public transportation by the time we left. The beds were comfortable, and the space was bright and clean. We utilized the two outdoor spaces, and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing! Gina the host was very responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!

Townhouse Review

The location of the townhouse was great with cafes and buses very close. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable.Unfortunately the shower in the second bathroom did not work our entire stay.Access through the main front door of the property is quite difficult with a very old door that must be shut quite firmly to close it. With other guests staying in the downstairs accommodation the banging of the door late at night and early hours of the morning is inconvenient and annoying.With narrow steep staircases to the bedrooms and living area large heavy suitcases can be a problem.

Great Location: easy walk to the tube station/bus stops right at the corner

The location of the property is great, easy transportation via bus or tube to all major attractions. Several pubs, restaurants and convenience stores steps away from the property. The property was well described in pictures and summery. The coffee maker was exceptional, a lovely way to start the morning. What we (a group of 4 ladies) did experience was the property was very cold, despite having a nest controller, the living area which is located on the second story from the street was unbelievably cold. So cold that even when increasing the nest thermostat, the heat never took over the upstairs, unfortunately this prohibited us from using the common space and took away from us spending time together in the morning or after long days of walking/sightseeing. The outdoor terrace off the kitchen was a great spot for getting some fresh air. The smaller of the 2 bedrooms was small without a lot of storage for clothing and belongings. I was certain that I detected a strong odor of a litter box which was covered up by room deodorizers placed in the common entry space and kitchen. Host response time was days to many hours leading up to our arrival as well as during our stay.

Excellent location

We loved the flat and neighborhood. Easy access to tube. Host was very accessible and accommodating. The flat is comfortable well equiped and as advertised. Steep steps that didn't adversely affect us but would those with mobility or balance issues. Thank you Gina!

Disappointing. Good Location, Decent Stay,

First off, the location is great. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, pubs and shops. Very cool area. However, when we arrived to check-in, the house was not cleaned whatsoever or ready for our stay. There were dirty dishes and old towels on the ground from previous renters. The key wasn’t in the lockbox so we had to call/msg the host multiple times to sort it out. A housekeeper had to come in and clean which delayed us from checking-in until about 9pm, which unfortunately ruined our plans for getting settled/unpacked and ready for a pre-wedding event that evening. Once we finally checked in, the place was nice. However, a few things to note - the jacuzzi is not hot... it did not warm up the entire time. And the Apple TV/WiFi connection did not work, so we didn't have access to that, or any other streaming services. The studio unit renters downstairs also had issues accessing their key so they kept knocking on our door to help out. Also no garbage bags or paper towels, so we bought some at the store. The actual townhouse itself is cute, lots of room and a very unique layout. Loved the outdoor terrace, and plenty of windows for natural light. So, minus some very frustrating setbacks and major miscommunication with the host, it was a decent stay. We are still currently waiting for our refund from the first night though, as the host said she would reimburse us that cost for the inconvenience. So far, no response or updates on the refund though…

Wonderful place to stay near Exmouth Market

We had such a good time exploring London from Gina’s lovely and beautifully equipped flat. To start with the neighborhood was so fun and really splendid for foodies. As coffee addicts, we were delighted to be right above the excellent Devotion Coffee and walking distance to Prufrock Coffee as well. Right down the block are all the restaurants, cafes, pubs of Exmouth Market. (We appreciated the recommendations and particularly enjoyed Morito ). The flat itself is nicely designed and beautifully equipped with very comfortable beds with good linens, two lovely terraces including a jacuzzi, and a kitchen well stocked for cooking with gifts of fruit, milk and Prosecco. Gina was very pleasant and helpful. We would love to come back.
