「We really enjoyed our stay, so peaceful and calming, the trees blowing in the wind around us was a calming lovely sound. Our only issue was the kettle leaking every time you poured a drink and the fitted sheet was not big enough for the bed as soon as got on the bed it came off the mattress when trying to put back on you could get one side down but it pulled it away from other end so bigger fitted sheet and definitely deeper fit other than this it was amazing and just what we needed 」

「Lovely property and lovely staff at pub. Great food and drink and very friendly service. Amazing value stay. Unfortunately heavy rain the night we stayed led to some leaks in property and bubbling drains in early hours of morning which hopefully can be fixed soon. 「The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. 「This unit in York, was conveniently located to sites like The Shambles, shopping and general site seeing, including the Roman Wall. Angela communicated very well helping us with check-in and the washer/dryer that we had trouble with. She was very proactive in having it looked at. Afterwords, it worked well. The bed was a bit soft, but overall the place was great!」

「住宿很好，很乾淨，需要物品一應俱全，而且在市中心很方便，也有煮食用具可煮食。因我們沒有太多行李，所以上樓梯也很方便，樓梯會經過牙醫診所地下與一樓的房子，沿著樓梯上去需經過它們才上到頂層，是很特別的體驗，整體住得很開心，窗外風景很好，睡房也看到教堂，花灑水壓與溫度也很好，晚上洗澡很舒服！特別推薦所有人也預約，但樓底不算太高，個子太高的要注意！」

「For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...

「Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. 」
