「Lovely studio in excellent location to walk into the town centre. Well equipped, one minor criticism there were no knifes for food prep or cutting bread 」

「Prpoerty was ideally situated close to town, with exceptional views of the river. The property was clean, comfortable and tidy if a little dated. However this did not spoil a wonderful break in lovely Wroxham」

「Lovely cottage in an excellent location with shops and eateries just a short walk away. The cottage has all the comforts of home, splendid views and was warm and cosy. What more could you want?」

Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! 」

「i wanted to say that our stay was perfect the property was immaculate the host was amazing we all had a great time would reccomend this property great location」

「The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary」

「Absolutely brilliant location opposite Hotel Wroxham. However, property lacked suitable outdoor furniture as it comprised only four metal chairs and a metal table. No umbrella,which was vital for the week in question. Property was reasonably kitted out but we were fed up with banging our head on the numerous low ceilings. Notwithstanding the above, we had an enjoyable week.」

「The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant. The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. "The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. "
