「The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 shower), a really well equipped kitchen, a nice dining room and living room. Very convenient for a large family. Drive to Great Sand Dunes is about 30 minutes. Ft. Garland is tiny so for anything beyond very basic groceries you will want to drive to Alamosa. The host was very responsive and everything was clean and as advertised. I would recommend it!」

「Gorgeous area, saw Pronghorn Antelopes, wildflowers prairie dogs and amazing night skies. Isolated but safe close to Sand Dunes and the Sand DunesRecreation area, formerly known as the Hooper Pool. Also close to Zapata Falls, Alamosa, Splashland, Blanca Vista park and the most beautiful trails along the Rio Grande. Mt. Blanca was always present.」

「We found the home to be very clean and things were as expected. It took us about 5 minutes to get into Alamosa. The property that the trailer is on is not super well kept but the house is. I wish the bed in the master bedroom would have been a queen bed instead of a full and had more comfortable sheets. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The living room is really comfortable. The host responded to us very quickly when we reached out to them during our stay.」

「this property is in terrible condition. When we pulled up it looked abandoned; grass grown up, abounded truck and camper out front, etc. Dishwasher and disposal not working. Terrible smell when we walked in; no central air so only option was to open the few windows that were operable but the screens were broken or missing; same for the back door screen. So we had flies in the house the entire time. This is a run down property that has not been properly maintained. I have NEVER left a...

「This place was a little home away from home. We had our 1yr old with us. There was space to put the play pen for his safe place. We had a kitchen that was well stocked so we were able to save with cooking in some days. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved it!」
