「Shower floor was cracking, peeling looked like it could pose leaking at some point. The TV service typically didnt work or the service was awful, usually no audio. 」

「Wonderful but short vacation. Villa is awesome. European style, very comfortable and relaxing, views are spectacular. Menagers very responsive and respectful to every suggestion」

「2 familes each with 2 kids had a great time. Very close to baie rouge. Pool was nice. Hot tub water seemed bad so we didnt use it. Housekeeper and concierge were really nice. Rented a car and drove all over the small island. Would recommend and would stay again」

「Great property and great location. 」

「Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

「Chelsea was very nice and accommodating. The condo was very clean and felt like home. We had direct access to the pool, beach, beach restaurants, local dining with excellent cuisine, and even a small grocery store.」

「Perfect Villa for our family of 6 adults and one 4 year old. Housekeeper Catherine does a great job maintaining the Villa and is also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a four course Thanksgiving dinner that we all loved. A few problems with air conditioning and the hot tub were handled by the property manager Pierre as well as could be expected. Villa needs to upgrade beach chairs but otherwise is very well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!」

「Our daughter and her husband joined us to St MAARTAN which for all 4 of us needed to be just very relaxing trip. We have been coming to St MAARTAN for over 28 years and staying at various areas on the island. We found this gem and it owner and we were so delighted with EVERYTHING. Can’t say anything negative about the order or the condo, it was Eve we needed and more. 」
