Fantastic PAB stay
Well appointed home with excellent sea views. We are frequent travellers to Portugal - Praia da Areia Branca in particular. We have rented many homes in town. This was amongst the best. Very gracious and available host.

Absolutely stunning property! very well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Carlos is the perfect host who went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic holiday, without a doubt the best host we have ever had! Loved being able to take short 10 min walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Good attractions for young kids, ours are teenagers who enjoyed the surfing. Great location to explore - Óbidos is beautiful, NazarĂ© and Peniche great. Highly recommend this place - 10/10!

Extremely clean and well equipped home with ocean views.
We had the most fabulous time staying in this home. We were provided a crib and high chair for my small child. The pool was the most perfect size. The home was immaculate fresh and clean. All the essential cooking supplies and high end appliances. Cooked many meals but also visited many local restaurants and we were never disappointment. Carlos was so wonderful and informative. Cannot wait to return to Praia Da Areia Branca !

Perfect villa
It was the perfect villa, well equipped, extremely clean with great views and loads of space. The owners made us very welcome. Our stay couldn't have been better. 5 Star+. Very quiet area, easy walk to restaurants and beaches and just a short drive to amenities. Would certainly recommend it and we would definitely like to go back.

Beautiful property. Great location
We stayed for 9 nights. The property is really nice and spacious. It is walking distance to the beach with lots of daily activities and nightlife. There was an issue with the pool pump and Carlos fixed it promptly. Overall excellent property and management.

Perfect!
We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it so much. The House, the Place and the contact with Carlos was always perfect and a pleasure. Short reference, but on the the point. It is nothing more to say as perfect for a very good holiday in Portugal.

Spectacular Property in the Perfect Beach Town
What a great place! The Casas Arriba have one of the best views in town while still walkable to beach and restaurants. Literally wake up and check the surf out your bedroom window. The house is very spacious, extremely well equipped, and stylish. Pool, bbq, bikes, pool table, tons of books, etc The town has everything you could want with a spectacular main beach (and easily accessible more secluded options as well) backed by great beach bars and restaurants with views. Very good surf for beginners to intermediate level and several friendly surf rental companies are right off the beach in town. There is a Lidl and an Intermarche 5 minutes away for groceries. Carlos made everything every easy meeting us in person on check-in and check-out and he was helpful when trying to find some medical help on a Sunday. We didn't want to leave. Highly reccomend

Great holiday!
Property was great, clean and tidy and offered everything we would expect from such a place. great views of the beach and sun all day at the back of the property. Carlos was a very good host and we could contact anytime over our stay. Pool was good and the kids were in every day, they loved it . best beach is in Peniche so recommend you try that . Local beach is better for surfers. places to visit on your stay , Obidos, boat trips from Peniche , Sintra, Overall very happy with the property and had a great time.

Beautiful house and location
This is a very beautiful house from top to bottom. It has absolutely everything you could wish for to a very high speck. We had a lovely time playing in the pool, enjoying the view,playing pool in the basement and using the house as a great base to explore the immediate village and surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the Foz restaurant, Sintra and Obidos. Carlos is a great host and greeted us warmly and was supportive of us in any issues we raised during our stay.

Amazing Villa!
This villa really is as great as it looks! I could not fault a thing. So much space here, really nicely furnished, comfortable beds, impeccably clean, wonderful views and great pool area. So much is also provided here, like beach towels, music and many essential food items. This is a great base in a quiet location within easy walking distance to a choice of restaurants, bars and the beach. So much to see by car also within easy reach to Óbidos, Sintra, Lisbon, Berlengas island and Nazare to name afew! Carlos was a very friendly and helpful host, making sure we enjoyed our time there and had everything we needed. I would definitely return and highly recommend! Thank you Carlos and Tina 😊

Beautiful, well kept property with excellent facilities
The photographs don't really do the villa justice. It was spacious, light and airy as well as comfortable. It was very well equipped and everything functioned well. Carlos was very welcoming, and on hand if required. The villa is located on a hill 10 minutes walk from the main centre of Praia Da Areia Branca, and forms part of an area of development comprising high quality holiday homes and villas, which even in August felt very peaceful and quiet. Some of the plots in the local area were still under construction, but this did not impinge on our enjoyment of the property. Praia da Areia Branca itself has all the amenities, bars and restaurants that you would expect from a seaside location, generally of a high quality, and the village centre has a relaxed vibe which reflected the surfing schools which are locally based. Most of the general holiday makers and property owners appeared to be Portuguese and it felt like this helped to ensure the quality and value of the local restaurants, cafes and bakeries were better than you might find in more non-Portuguese dominated resorts. If you drink tea though, take your preferred English tea bags! We were a family of four with two older teenage boys and one girlfriend in tow, and all enjoyed the villa, and the freedom that it's close proximity to the local village provided. The teenagers managed a day out in Lisbon using the local bus service, as well as one to Peniche/Berlenga Islands. We also had a day out in Obidos, and managed a trip to the very local Go Kart track. Equally if you want to be lazy, the villa and swimming pool area is ideal for relaxing, and the local beach is both clean and supervised. The pool table in the basement area was also much appreciated. We would say a car was not absolutely essential, but recommended if you want a few days out, or like to have more food shopping options than the local mini-mart provides. Overall we had a great holiday and would highly recommend the property.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful holiday in Praia da Areia Branca. This was our first holiday on the Atlantic Coast of Portugal - the climate is lovely, hot and sunny with a good mix of cooling sea breezes and cloudy breaks. The house is modern, luxurious, with all the expected extras like good showers, en suite, air con, laundry room, good TV and coffee machine. Beautiful view of the coast. Small but good pool, plenty of sun loungers. The village is a surf town with some good restaurants (top pick is Salty Bar for excellent service, atmosphere, good food and amazing sunsets, and 100 Pragus White Sands Club for the best fish and local fare - much better than overrated neighbour Foz!). Top tip: don't book your car in Lisbon airport- get taxi transfer to the house and book with locals Praia da Areia Branca car hire - much cheaper and you need a car as the supermarket is 3km, although there is a spar with basics 10mins walk. All restaurants 10min walk, medium uphil on the way home...worth it for the views! Recommend visiting beautiful towns of Obidos and Sintra, and for kids the local DinoKart gokarting was a real highlight. The beaches in Praia da Areia Branca are wild - good for surfing but a little dangerous for swimming. Carlos was so helpful and kind. We highly recommend visiting! We hope to return.
