「On the way we had to change properties due to a leak in this one! But the owner found us another one of his and met us there It was a lovely house Plenty of room lovely big kitchen downstairs shower was lovely upstairs bathroom had no lock well positioned for getting to the west end」

「Staying in Crystal Palace offers excellent convenience for accessing London, with the added benefit of secure on-site parking. The neighborhood is known for its safety and proximity to the overground station. The property owner is responsive and accommodating, exceeding our expectations. 「We had a pleaseant stay, the house is very nice we stayed in "The Croft". Catfort Railway station is not far away and every 12 minutes there is a train to London Bridge. Also a Lidl is very close. The pool and the garden is fine. Too bad that you use most of the time to visit Londin instead of staying in the appartment. ;-)」

「It was amazing to see how everything fitted in a small boat. My son was excited to see the space. It was warm and the beds were comfy. We love to see the swans visiting and rower practicing while having breakfast outdoor. 」

「Had everything you'd need from a vrbo. My only negative comment was that the balcony was unused because if it's extremely dirty condition 」

「All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. 」

「The property was clean, close to grocery stores. The uber drive to london took much longer than we anticipated, but that's not the fault of the property. We appreciated being able to drop off luggage at the flat before check-in. 」

「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

Worst carpark and hotel is soso

"It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)"

"Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning. The location is convenient. 7 stops by bus 436 or 36 from tube station (Oval), with loads of great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Not quite noisy at night even we slept with the window open. Totally safe and chill to take a walk at night. Easy to get around by buses. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit London! (Do bring your own slippers and toothbrush though)"

Convenience

"Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page."
